Management Trainee 

Management Trainees to be trained and developed to become full time employees in Sales/Marketing, and/ or Operations, reporting to Multiple Department

  1. Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position 
  2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Husbandry or Veterinary medicine with minimum performance score 3.0 
  3. Excellence in verbal communications and presentation skills in one to one or in  group situation 
  4. A good team player 
  5. Strong business and marketing perspective 
  6. Having experience in nutrition formulation or research & product development or other life science activities would be an advantage

Tipe Kerja : Penuh Waktu / Full Time
Job deskipsi :
  1. Follow assignments in each block, Sales / Marketing, Operations, both in-country or overseas depending on the company’s requirement’s 
  2. Each block will be approximately 6 ( six ) months 
  3. Assignments will be allocated and reporting to the Head of each Department. 
  4. Preparation of  monthly reports to related  line manager regularly 
  5. Preparing performance report to Line Manager and copy to Human Resource Head when the assignments in each block is completed. 
  6. Follow and accept new permanent assignment  when  the assignee has  completed performance of all block 
  7. Follow and comply with company rules and regulations and all other standard policy’s.
