Proven experience as a Merchandising Manager / Brand Manager Minimum 3 years
Proficiency in English
Good Analytical Thinking
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point
Thorough understanding of Retail Industry, prefer Fashion Industry
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Candidate must process at least Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent

Job deskipsi

Achieve targeted sales, gross margins, upward growth & healthy inventory turnover for respective brands
Monitor OTB calculation and ensure proper assortment planning & inventory budgeting.
Ensure proper allocation of merchandise based on sales trends and demand
Ensure that visual standards are communicated and implemented across stores directly
Implement marketing, cross selling activities and media planning activities for advertising
Build and maintain relationships with key personnel from licensees, principals, landlords, vendors, etc
Undertake problem solving activities related to store operations & slow-selling items
Assist project manager and provide inputs for new store opening
