- Minimum age 25 years old
- Having 2 years working experience in the same position, preferable in footwear industry
- Have knowledge in Continuous Improvement system and process.
- Have knowledge about Industrial Engineering concept in shoe production manufacturing
- Hold minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Industrial Engineering / Industrial Management.
- Fluency in English both oral & written.
- Computer literature (MS Office, MS Visio & AutoCAD)
- Willingness to learn new things, like challenges
- Workhorse, Existing Initiatives
- Willing to work under Pressure
- Dynamic presentation & communication skill.
- Strong analytical, good in communication, strong follow up and good leadership
