Mitsui Talent Development Program is designed to identify and develop young potential talents with fast track development program to become a future leader in the Mitsui Group Company. 

The intensive and comprehensive programs will provide the opportunity to develop the skills and professional expertise necessary to establish a solid foundation for developing a successful career within the Mitsui Group

Program Overview:  Mitsui Talent Development Program is up to 12 months in duration. During that time, he/she will go through customized training curriculum in corporate administration such as Finance & Accounting, Logistics Management, etc. 

The curriculum also includes specific business, company management and personal development areas, on which he/she will be mentored by Mitsui Indonesia Management Team
