Have an excellent academic record with minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale of 4.0)
Minimum 5 years experience in IT projects, particularly large system implementation
Minimum 2 years experience as IT Project Manager in large enterprise environment
Demonstrated success in leading IT projects with various project team members
Solid understanding of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) process
Proven experience working with Senior Level leadership
Strong interpersonal skills and executive presentation skills
Ability to influence decisions from top-down as well as bottom-up
Ability to fluently communicate in English
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Working experience / knowledge in IT for specific industry, e.g. banking, insurance, telecommunication, logistics, is a plus
Familiarity with / experience in Agile methodology, is a plus
PMP training / certification, is a plus
