Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Management/Business Management from reputable university.
Other than Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel & Power Point are must), comfortable working with latest web based applications (website back-end access). Experience in wordpress (or other online website creation tool) is an advantage.
Have digital sense (if not digital savvy)
Detail oriented & meticulous, yet able to work fast and deliver works within tight timelines.
English and Bahasa Indonesia literate
Creative and up-to-date sense and eyes
Marketing enthusiast (in all aspects of Marketing, not only in branding/ATL)
Fast learner and adaptive
Enjoy working with numbers
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job deskipsi	:	General responsibilities: To manage the online catalogue project (back end support) PIC for Marketing Project (update contents with the latest documents, liaise with vendor, file organization and maintenance) POSM production – to assist in liaising with vendors and ensure accuracy, work/art file, production time. Branded workshops – to assist in liaising with vendors and ensure time line (survey, quotation, production, delivery), accuracy of designs and work/art file. Administration: data consolidation of all spending & accruals, PR/PO.
