Pengalaman : 10 tahun
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline (Agriculture, Nutrition, Science or similar)
  • At least 10 years of sales experience within the Indonesian animal health/nutrition industry
  • Strong commercial acumen and results orientated
  • Demonstrated sales ability and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated success in persuasion, influence and negotiation skills
  • Organizational skills and time management skills
  • Strong sense of personal accountability
  • Ability to develop long-term business relationships
  • Flexibility to learning new products
  • Computer literate
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical/scientific knowledge
  • A thorough understanding of the Indonesia animal health/nutrition market
  • The hunger to meet and exceed sales & growth targets
  • The ability to execute a sales strategy to achieve commercial goals
  • Fluent in English - written and verbal

Job deskipsi :
  • Coordinate commercial and technical initiatives with nutritionists, veterinarians, feed companies, integrations and producers in a team environment
  • Target customers and identify key stakeholders within industry and customers, listen to their needs and deliver on them
  • Maximise outcomes and the customer experience by creating unique value
  • Manage local feed additives sales through detailed action plans, account plans, expense management and appropriate communications consistent with our client’s business unit marketing and sales objectives.
  • Support and manage distributors to facilitate partnerships and sales growth
  • Lead and mentor a sales team
