Responsibilities


Develop, implement and optimize online campaigns 
1. Implement online strategy, ideas and decisions for online campaigns into recorded plans, action steps and tasks;
2. Monitor and coordinate day-to-day progress of campaigns, working closely with internal leadership and external agencies (if any);
3. Assist in tracking campaign progress from start to finish;
4. Set the target for each Campaign and achieve it.


Donor retention and Maintaining Database from existing donor 
1. Process donor retention package for online donor (certificate; thank you letter; etc);
2. Utilize existing donor database and findings to suggest new online opportunities;
3. Managing fundraising support email on daily basis


Research new fundraising campaign opportunities 
1. Assist leadership in high-level research and innovation as assigned;
2. Utilize database and findings to suggest new digital/online opportunities;
3. Maintain current understanding of nonprofit digital fundraising trends and make suggestions for improvements/new processes.


Assist, coordinate and advise in other marketing and fundraising activities as needed 
1. Work with members of the Fundraising department and other associated departments to assist in various fundraising initiatives and strategies.
2. Be a team player and support all activities across the organization
