PhD or Master's degree in conservation biology, natural resource management, or related fields.
At least 8 years of experience working on biodiversi conservation and research in Indonesia.
Passionate about working in the enviromental field, with ecology, species and communities.
Commitment and passion for working in a team of multi-cultural and cross-sectoral environment, often under difficult field conditions and a rural setting.
Commitmen and passion for leading and guiding a team of dedicated researchers.
Ability to develop project proposal, budgeting and identify funding collaboration opportunies.
Solid experience as a project manager in similar multi-staff research and conservation projects.
Solid experience in statistical and modeling tool(e.g R, VORTEX, OUTBREAK and other system).
Solid experience using geospatial and related programmes (AgriSpft, ArcGIS, QGIS, SMART).
Experienced useof standard computer programmes (e.g. MS-Office).
Preferably fluent in written and spoken Indonesia and English.In possession of driving license.
Willing to travel extensively in the region.
Salary will be commensurate with qualification and working experience.
