1. Bachelor degree (S1) in any field with min, GPA 3.00 
2. Excellent in microsoft office especially intermediate excel and powerpoint 
3. Excellent organizing and planning skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines
4. Proficient in english both active and passive (speaking and writing) 
5. Have good communication skills, teamwork, proactive, and dynamic 
6. Ability to collect, collate and analyze data 
7. Having good analysis skills

JOb Description: 

1. Organize, plan and control activities in the QM section, 
2. Improve and develop the quality of performance in the QM section through continuous analysis and evaluation, 
3. Support the relevant section 
4. Managing and organizing workers in the relevant section 
5. Together with other relevant sections identify and resolve problem 
6. Coordinate with other departments/ sections in various activities that are in line with the business strategy to be achieved, 
7. Verifying reports daily, weekly, monthly, semester and yearly. 
8. Annual om budgeting
