Plan and execute the Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) survey to dealers, develop survey methods and procedures, analyze and report the results to management.
The main roles of staff level are to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, able to identify potential problems and find solutions, and able to improve self-competence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Statistics with minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale 4.0)
Maximum age of 27 years
Strong analytical thinking & attention to detail
Good communication and presentation skills.
Proficient and thorough in data processing and analyzing
Preferred having the ability to use SPSS software
Proficient in English (both oral & written)
Must have valid TOEFL certification with minimum score of 400
Proficient in MS Office
Understand about ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
