1. Local or International graduates (S1) or post-graduates (S2) of the relevant fields of studies from a reputable University, such as Economics, Engineering, Business Laws, International Relations, Communication, Statistics, Mathematics, etc
2. Grade Point Average:
Graduates (S1): minimum of 3.00 (on a 4.00 GPA scale) or equivalent
Post-graduates (S2): minimum of 3.20 (on a 4.00 GPA scale) or equivalent
3. Maximum age for selection:
Graduates (S1): 25 years old
Post-graduates (S2): 27 years old
4. Demonstrate professional dispositions with good networking and communication skills
5. Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication
6. No member of the nuclear family currently working in Bank Mandiri (i.e. parents, siblings)
7. Single and remain to be unmarried during the first year of the program
8. Willing to be relocated all over Indonesia
