Mega Persada Group is a group of companies focusing on the distribution and manufacturing of aluminium extrusion. Only in the span of three years after we ventured into the aluminium extrusion manufacturing industry, we have rapidly established 18 extrusion production lines, accompanied by experts from around the world. Headquartered in Bogor, Jawa Barat, Indonesia, our group is one of the fastest growing aluminium extrusion company in the country. We aspire to continuously innovate and grow the main business sectors towards expanding to other industries and properties.
Established in Indonesia, in the year 2001, we initially started as a distribution and retail company, which has since then, expanded into the manufacturing industry. Currently, we annually produce and ship more than 36,000 tons of aluminium products. Our aluminium extrusion is supported by our melting furnace that is capable to produce 6 series billet grade, such as 6005, 6061, 6063, 6082, etc. Billet size ranges from 3.5 to 6 inches in diameter, and many more. This offers a wider variety in catering to the different needs of various industries. Apart from that, we currently maintain 18 extrusion lines with presses ranging from 690 to 1600 UST, accommodating custom designs to customer needs. In particular, to ensure faster and efficient production, our extrusion lines are equipped with a triple puller. Lastly, the product will be finalized by our state of the art vertical powder coating line or anodizing plant.
