  1. Organize, implement and monitor Community Development Enrichment Program
  2. Guarantee effective program development and implementation of Community Development Enrichment Program
  3. Organize participation and collaboration with Faculty/School to create policy and procedures to ensure academic quality and integrity of enrichment program
  4. Proactively inform and communicate to students' regarding Community Development Enrichment Program
  5. Monitor and ensure effective student involvement in the program
  6. Build strong and effective external and internal cooperation which support the overall objectives of the department
  7. Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders
