1. International minded Bachelor/Master Degree from reputable university

2. High performing talents with self-drive and passion to learn and become a leader

3. Hold Bachelor Degree (with min. GPA 3.0) or Master Degree (with min. GPA 3.25)

4. Not older than 27 years old by end of Dec 2021

5. Fluent in English,both speaking & writing
