Bachelor degree from reputable university in IT majors.
At least 2 years of working experience in Scrum Master role.
Experienced in agile software development.
Excellent knowledge of scrum techniques and artifacts, such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing andbacklog refinement.
Able to teach and guide others as well assupport other ideas.
Able to communicate clearly and confidently and must be comfortable in a fast paced environment, balancing multiple and complex projects.
