• Candidate must be around age 25 until 30 years
• Diploma/Undergraduate degree preferably majoring in: Convection or bag industry, fashion merchandising, printing graphics or other equivalent majors (position: Pre Purchase), Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Management, or other equivalent majors (position: Post Purchase)
• Proven minimum 1 or more years of experiance in related field
• understanding production management, vendor management and for position Pre Purchase has product knowledge of sewing products, printed and factory product
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply on condition previously active in cmapus organization
• Strong leadership and analytical thingking in problem solving
• Good communication, attention to detail, result oriented, assertive, and able to work under pressure, deadlines and targets
• Proficiency in all MS. Office applications and Spreadsheet 
• Understand basic production management and vendor management
• Work Location (Bukit Cimanggu City, Bogor, Blok 02 No. 6 Office) dan Cibungbulang Bogor (Workshop)

Tipe Kerja

:

Penuh Waktu / Full Time

1. Generate the HPP of sewing products, printed and factory products
2. Arrange and make decisions for the acceptance of the design approval form
3. Handling techical problems in Div VMS and internal production

Position: Pre Purchase

1. Manage purchase order data and plan the process and production targets of sewing products, printed products and factory products
2. Monitor daily activities for production to ensure timely and effective job assignment to meet the production schedule
3. Supervise quality of sewing products, printed and factory products, inspect products to verify conformance to specifications and requiretments standard and follow up and communicate problems with a user community
4. Communicate with vendors (External production) and ensure that orders managed by vendors arrive on time, right quantity and good quality
5. Handling technical problems in internal production
6. Manage relationship between Production Division and Sewing Vendor, Production Division and Printing and Factory Vendors and with other divisions in the company
