Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
At least 1 year work experience, preferably in Accounts Payable
Should possess strong skills in Excel Applications

Able to work independently as well as a team member in a fast-paced and high volume environment

Job deskipsi

Responsibilities:

Monitor and follow up recurring expenses and other ad hox expenses to be used for accural during month-end closing
Verify vendor accounts by reconciling balances between statements against AP subsidiary ledgers
Process cash and bank disbursement voucher transactions
Management, Control & Report Petty Cash in sub-areas to the head office
Monitor sub-areas payments and maintain the proper records for future referencing in case of disputes and audit, collecting documents with sub-areas to the central office
Perform other duties as requested from time to time
