Requirements:

Bachelor degree of any major, Agronomy / Agriculture is preferred
Has minimum 1 year of working experience as an agronomist or field coordinator
Able to operate Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Have a excellent interpersonal, management, organizational, analytical and observation skill
Have a strong will to make an impact in agriculture and have experience managing or being involved in any agricultural project
Able to communicate and establish a good relationship with the field/project team.
Able to multitask, result-oriented, attention to detail and highly initiative.
Capable to work in a fast-paced environment

Job deskipsi

Responsibilities:

Conduct survey for potential Farmers / Land owners to cooperate with Eden Farm
Conduct Feasibility Study of the potential surveyed Land, which include soil analysis, timeline, cost estimation, productivity, harvest plan, plantation plan, revenue estimation
Conduct area mapping of the commodity resources and calculate the requirement commodity products per day to achieve the demand target
Controlling and monitoring of the Farming’s Projects from survey until harvest, which include on time delivery, quality as well as the quantity of the product
Conduct Farming’s Projects evaluation and recommendations for improvement
Create and Update regularly Farming’s Projects database and weekly reports
Maintain good relationship with Farmers
Sharing knowledge and educate Farmers in relation with agronomy, company’s regulation, business, terms of payment, specification book, etc.
Oversee subordinates (Field assistant) works on the site, make sure they follow SOP and zero fraud
