Job Requirements:

1. 3 to 5 years working experience, minimum 3 years in Business Analyst position

2. Knowledge of several eliciting-techniques, e.g. use cases / scenario analysis

3. Experience in producing relevant documentation such as Business Requirement Document and Test Scenario

4. Excellent organizational, oral, and written communications skills

Job Descriptions

1. Elicit business requirements for projects and / or enhancement activities, thereby applying techniques like interview, questionnaires, user stories, onsite visits, scenario analysis, process flow etc. Preparation of requirements documentation and critcal review with business user.

2. Develop test scenario to be used by the user during acceptance test of the system.

3. Provide end user documentation and system functionality training to users.

4. Establish and develop successful relationship with key business users and other teams.
