• Active STR: Must possess an active Surabaya Tanda Registrasi (STR) to practice as an Anesthesiologist Assistant in Indonesia.

• Willing to Relocate: Must demonstrate a willingness to work in Bali and adapt to the lifestyle and culture.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience assisting anesthesiologists in a surgical setting, demonstrating knowledge of various anesthesia techniques and patient monitoring.

• Language Proficiency: Proficient in English at a conversational level to facilitate effective communication with medical staff and patients.

Open-mindedness: A disposition that is open to learning and improving skills, with readiness to embrace feedback and adapt to new procedures.
