Job Description: 

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Anesthesiologist Assistant to join our esteemed healthcare team in Bali. The Anesthesiologist Assistant will work closely with anesthesiologists to ensure the safe administration of anesthesia during surgical procedures, while providing exceptional care and support to patients throughout their anesthetic experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in Anesthesia Procedures: Collaborate with anesthesiologists in the preparation and administration of anesthesia during surgeries, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

• Medication Inventory Management: Regularly check and maintain the inventory of anesthesia medications and supplies. Ensure that all necessary medications are accurately stocked and readily available for surgical procedures.

• Patient Care and Monitoring: Provide comprehensive care to patients from the initiation of the anesthesia process until they are fully awake and safe for discharge. Monitor vital signs and patient responses throughout the procedure, intervening as necessary to ensure safety and comfort.

• Instrument Preparation: Prepare, assemble, and sterilize anesthesia equipment and instruments according to the specific needs of each patient and the requirements of the anesthesia plan.

• Post-Anesthesia Care: Assist in the post-anesthesia recovery phase, ensuring patients are stable and ready for release under same-day discharge protocols, providing reassurance and answering any questions they may have.
