1. Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
2. Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
3. Excellent situational leadership and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Korea Language is a plus.
6. Experience in the hospitality or healthcare industry is a plus.
7. High sense of urgency and agility and having ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
5. Familiarity with the local business environment in Bali.

Job deskipsi :

[HR Strategy and Planning]
• Collaborate with senior management to forecast workforce needs and create staffing plans.

[Recruitment and Onboarding]
• Lead the recruitment process for all Bali operations, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring corporate with Jakarta and Bali office.
• Design and conduct effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires smoothly into the organization.

[Employee Relations]
• Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and implement effective resolution strategies.

[Training and Development]
• Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Coordinate with external training providers and ensure continuous professional development.

[Compensation and Benefits]
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary and benefits packages.

[HR Administration]
• Oversee daily HR operations, including employee records.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

[Executive Assistant]

• Support the General Manager activities according to office operations.
• Support the Management needs for multiple projects within our diverse business.
