1. Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
2. Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

• Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and implement effective resolution strategies.
[Training and Development]
• Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Coordinate with external training providers and ensure continuous professional development.
[Compensation and Benefits]
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary and benefits packages.
[HR Administration]
• Oversee daily HR operations, including employee records.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
[Executive Assistant]
• Support the General Manager activities according to office operations.
• Support the Management needs for multiple projects within our diverse business. |
