Requirements:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree with at least 3.00 GPA, in any discipline.
• Experience in handling claims for Travel and/or Personal Accident insurance.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
• Previous experience in insurance industry.

• Collect, evaluate, and analyze claims documents related to Travel & Accident Solution claims (Conventional & Sharia). • Document claims file by accurately capturing and updating claims data/information. To determine liability by gathering and analyzing relevant facts. • Analyse and assess if the insurance policy covers the reported losses. • Determine the appropriate amount the insurance company should pay for each claim. • Ensure the validity of claims by identifying and preventing fraudulent activities. • Work to have a timely resolution to claims by developing case strategy, developing a case evaluation, escalating issues as appropriate. • Meet SLA and quality standards by following best practices. |
