- As our Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving marketing and sales strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting in-depth market research on the local aesthetic and chemical pharmaceuticals markets to develop and execute overseas marketing and sales strategies. - Analyzing market trends and regulatory changes to create robust product launch plans and sales support activities. - Establishing and managing a local direct sales team; overseeing and training team members to set clear sales goals and KPIs while developing strategies to enhance performance. - Segmenting local customers and establishing block partnerships, evaluating and managing their performance effectively. - Building product credibility and promoting sales through close networking with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and local stakeholders. - Planning and managing Indonesia-specific product marketing materials and promotional activities to expand market presence and increase product awareness. - Organizing and participating in various industry conferences and symposiums to enhance brand visibility. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent alignment between marketing efforts and overall business objectives. - Analyzing the competitive landscape to continuously refine strategies, maintaining a competitive edge in the market. - Providing sales forecasts, reports, and strategic insights to senior management for informed decision-making. - Monitoring competitor activities to offer insights for strategy refinement. - Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on marketing performance using data to optimize future strategies. - Ensuring compliance with Indonesian healthcare regulations. |
