Requirements:

• Minimum having bachelor degree in Agronomy, Forestry, Agricultural Science or related field
• GPA minimum: 3.30
• Experience: 1-2 years, fresh graduates from reputable university are welcome to apply
• Knowledge: Understanding of the unique requirements for cocoa cultivation, including ideal climate conditions, cocoa tree growth cycles, and breeding methods
• Skills: Knowledge of nursery management, soil science, pest and disease management and sustainable agricultural pratices
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and handle physical tasks & must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Capable of monitoring growth metrics, diagnocing plant health issues and optimizing nursery conditions
• Proficiency in coordinating with team members, reporting to management and potentially engaging with suppliers or agricultural partners
• Understanding of local agricultural regulations and sustainability partners
