Requirements:

• Minimum having bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication or related field. Certification in digital marketing or branding are plus point
• GPA minimum 3.30
• 2-4 years in marketing, ideally within the packaging, manufacturing or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry
• Industry knowledge: FMCG industry, Agriculturall Supply Chain Management, Agricultural, Familiarity with the packaging industry, including materials (plastic, cardboard, eco-friendly alternative)
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze buyer behavior and track campaign perfomance to optimize marketing effort
• Demonstrate ability to create engaging FMGC marketing campaigns and unique messaging to promote packaging solutions
• Strong communication skills for managing relationships with clients, partners and internal teams, as well as for delivering clear, compelling brand messages
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Analytical & logic thinking, communicative, collaborative, continuous Improvement
