Final year student or recent graduate of any major with strong qualitative or mixed-methods research background. Passion for addressing systemic challenges in Indonesia, such as environmental sustainability, social inequality, and community empowerment. Hands-on experience in conducting research projects, including formulating questions, designing instruments, data collection, and data analysis. Proven capacity to build structured arguments, identify assumptions, and validate conclusions. Contribution to reports, case studies, or working papers is a plus. Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and synthesize information into clear, logically sound insights. Being a self-starter with the ability to work independently across functions in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Professional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Your work will inform our strategies to drive environmental and societal changes in Indonesia.
