Eligibility & Requirements To open to all active IPB students (S1 Applied, S1, S2, S3):
- Students who are or will be implementing international mobility activities (credit earning program) abroad for a minimum of one month, proven by LoA/letter of acceptance or other official documents from the host university.
- The program must receive credits that can be transferred to IPB.
- Undergraduate (S1)/Undergraduate (S0) applied diploma students who joined short courses/short-term programs are eligible to apply.
- Proposal must contain: Identity, LoA/other acceptance certificates, Academic transcript, Recommendation letter , Certificate of English, Information about activities , Estimated expenses , Source of funding from other programs (if any)

Application Procedure
- Students applying for living cost grants must make a proposal using the provided template.
- Students must submit their living cost grant proposal before the activity starts or as instructed by the Directorate of International Education (DPI) through the provided link.
- Students who have registered a living cost grant proposal through Google Form are required to submit a hard copy of the living cost proposal and a cover letter from the faculty to DPI.
- These must be made for students who have registered and submitted a living cost grant proposal both softcopy and hardcopy. Further information regarding the selection will be informed later by DPI.
- The results of the selection of living cost grant proposals will be informed directly via student email after being approved by the DPI.
- DPI will provide the approved living cost assistance to the proposer report (template is provided in the link below).

- Students who have received the student’s living cost grant assistance must complete progress report.
