Eligibility & Requirements
- Open to all active IPB students (S1 Applied, S1, S2, S3).
- Applicable only for international mobility programs abroad with a minimum duration of one semester and credit earning granted (min. 15 credits).
- Student must not receive full sponsorship from the host university or host country.
- Prioritized for eligible undergraduate (S0) and undergraduate (S1) students.
- Not eligible for short-term programs, including:
Competitions
Volunteer activities
Field trips, student leadership programs
Excursion program
Other non-academic activities outside the scope of academic curriculum as coordinated by the Directorate of International Education

Four (4) types of expenses possibly covered:
✔️ Flight ticket
✔️ VISA
✔️ Insurance (Health or Travel)
✔️ Registration fee (Conference, Symposiums, Seminar)

Application Procedure
- Students applying for travel grants must make a travel grant proposal using the provided template.
- Cover letter from faculty, signed by Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs.
- Students who have registered their travel grant proposal via Google Form must also submit the hard copy of the proposal to DPI.
- DPI will assess and decide the approved student.
- After your proposal being approved, DPI will contact you directly by whatsapp/email.
- Submit original payment proofs, copy of student ID, bank account for reimbursement, etc.
