Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelors degree (S1) in Food Technology
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply, but 1-2 years of experience in food R&D is a plus
• Understanding with food safety, HACCP, GMP and quality standards
• Able to perform basic laboratory test (e.g. Proximate analysis, sensory evaluation)
• Skilled in product formulation and scale-up processes
• Proficient in using food laboratory equipment
