Job deskipsi	:	Conduct the design process of organizational structure and roles Ensure that SAP Data related to Organization management is up-to-date Ensure the documentation of organization structure of all units Conduct the process of job analysis / description Maintain job grading data for all positions Ensure the documentation of Job description of all units Conduct data collection related to performance management (academic & non- academic area) Assist in the organizing of the Performance Evaluation process in BINUS, and collect and maintain the documentation Monitor and update headcount budget Provide manpower data to other units Collect and maintain the documentation Ensures that SAP Data related to Manpower is up-to-date
