Job deskipsi	:	Interactive learning in our Customer Success Academy with extra guidance and mentors; Provide help desk support to Web Hosting users through conversations (live chat and phone); Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features; Inform customers about new features and functionalities; Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved; Gather customer feedback and share with internal team (Product, Acquisition, Reputation Management, Finance, etc); Assisting Server Admin to monitor servers performance; Response and check abuse of service (spam/phishing).
