• Work with other managers to plan and direct the work on the organization as Commercial or Project Lead

• Assist with ongoing manufacturing process, develop and set optimize protocols

• Evaluate work output.

• Receive classroom instruction in subjects related to their rotational experience

• Attend lectures, watch technical expertise, and create projects, oral presentations, and take tests

• Work in different functions to gain perspective, including production, supply chain, purchasing and other function under operation departments

• Adhere to guidelines of formal written training program

• Attend periodic evaluations. 

• Achieve a passing score in all areas of the operation training program in order to continue in the program.

• Participate with Leadership Team in interviewing, hiring, and training employees.

• Use reports to analyze production output and inventory activity.

• Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage manufacturing situations

Initially the successful candidate will be fulfulled for at least 1 year training in all of the operation aspects in a wide variety of product type. The position will be based BIIE Cikarang - Bekasi Plant/Office and able to be remoted in other area of Indonesia or in outside countries. After successful completion of the training period, the Operation Trainee can be promoted as regular employee and take over the production role as Production Supervisor/Manager and manage product line
