  • They need to be freshly graduated + and or have a work experience of 1 to 2 years

  •  They need to have at least B.Sc+ or MsC in a related industry, including industrial engineering, business management or supply chain management. 

  • They need to have shown to have been active outside their studies, e.g. being part of student committees, organising student events, or sports events

  •  They should have done a practical training during their studies;

  • You should have excellent communication and computer skills and be willing and able to work successfully in cross functional teams

  • The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and possess the desire to succeed and excel and should be comfortable in facing situations and also be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative

Job deskipsi :
  • Work with other managers (C&B & LD Manager and ER/IR Manager) to plan and direct the work on the organization as HR Project Lead

  • Assist with ongoing human resources function and process, develop and set optimize protocols and procedures.

  • Receive classroom instruction in subjects related to their rotational experience

  • Attend lectures, watch technical expertise, and create projects, oral presentations, and take tests

  • Work in different HR functions to gain perspective, including HR Learning & Development, ER/IR Relation, Compensation & Benefit and General Affairs function under Human Resources department.

  • Adhere to guidelines of formal written training program and ttend periodic evaluations.

  • Achieve a passing score in all areas of the Human Resources training program in order to continue in the program

  • Participate with Leadership Team in interviewing, hiring, and training employees. 

  • Use reports to analyze HR data, interpreting and come up with action plan.

  • Identify HR trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage situations.

Initially the successful candidate will be fulfulled for at least 1 year training in all of the human resources aspects in a wide variety of product type. The position will be based BIIE Cikarang - Bekasi Plant/Office and able to be remoted in other area of Indonesia. After successful completion of the training period, the Human Resources Management Associate can be promoted as regular employee and take over the Human Resources role as HR Supervisor/Manager.
