• Minimum education S1 from Economic/Business Management
• Prossess experiance minimum 5 years as Marketing and Sales in foods industry 
• Have a good understanding of the Food & Beverage Industry trends and market updates in Indonesia
• Have a good sales connection in food industry especially in bakery and cake
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal. understanding and communcating in Japanese way will be a plus point
• A good communocator who can work with both external and internal parties/stakeholders in various functions (R&D, Finance, PPIC, etc)
• Must have cutomer and personal service orientation mind
• Negotiatioan skill
• Active listening & learning
• Skill for adapting own-self based on actual circumstances
