1. To design and execute the development systems and processes, that give an effective and impactful learning journey for every employee in their role and position and or other process that support continous learning process in the company. 2. To create and build a new method of program design and delivery (informal or formal) in order to build a learning experience and culture among the employee. 3. To build a data analytic report of competency development progression tracking through HR Information System and Knowledge Management System 4. To support culture building & Internalization process based on company direction. 5. To support for all other event initiative and request by other division. 6. Take TNA, analyze and propose Talent Competency Development for related job band target 7. Analyze utilization of Learning Management System at least once a month for learning, or enhance knowledge, or share knowledge, post new knowledge, develop training content, etc |
