ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
• Graduated with a Bachelor or Master’s degree in International Relations, Public Policy & Communication or any equivalent education
background with GPA minimum 3.30 out of 4.00
• Maximum 2 years of relevant work experience are welcome to apply
• Excellent academic track record
• Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities via extra-curricular activities
• Continuous improvement and able to challenge the status quo.
• Ability to work under pressure and keep to tight deadlines
• Outstanding communication skills, strong interpersonal, team building and negotiation skills
• Energetic, resilient, self-motivated, result-driven, highly adaptable, and able to work independently
• Work closely with various sub-functions and understand business priorities to develop and execute accordingly appropriate engagement
strategy and plan.
• Contribute to developing and executing campaign plans relating to various functional/sub-functional topics
• Strategic stretch project where through collaboration with the team, you will deliver results for their relevant sub-function (s)
• Build a network with GGs from different parts of the world through taking part in BAT Grad Academy
• Build an impact on our international business participating in global cross-market projects, under the supervision of a dedicated Coach &
Mentor.
• monitoring the media, organizing a variety of events, writing press releases, maintaining databases, liaising with clients and stakeholders,
and writing content for company website.
