- Previous reception or administration experience.
- Preferably has previous experience of working in a laboratory or medical environment.
- Accept shift and work overtime including evenings, weekends, and holiday.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Able to organize and prioritize workload.
- Able and willing to take responsibility for regular updating of administrative procedures.
- Understand and ensures compliance with sample Data Protection policy and Procedures.
- Willing to work in laboratory setting and dangerous environment.
- Willing to undergo the hiring and onboarding process during Eid al-Fitr period.
- Can start working immediately.

- Join GSI Labs as a Sample Receptionist!
Peran dan Tanggung Jawab:
- Take receipt of sample or other deliveries.
- Check and process payment from client.
- Sort and distribute sample, post and faxes in a timely manner.
- Greet and ‘sign in’ all visitors to the laboratory and notify the relevant laboratory personnel.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
- Report faults or issues occurring with the laboratory to the relevant department and liaise closely with them until the situation has been rectified.
- Update departmental telephone and fire lists as required and ensure they are available on the quality management system.
- Filing of sample records in a timely manner.
- Responsible for the archiving of laboratory data.
