Job deskipsi | : | • Develop Customer segmentation strategy which translates to retention campaign execution across platforms that drive demand generation and increase save rate • Develop and execute creative loyalty program to increase Rewards claim rate on application on monthly basis • Prepare marketing campaign initiatives with attractive offers and appealing messages to increase customer stickiness. Campaign initiatives can use digital media (apps, website, email) and conventional channel (Outbound/inbound/strategy partner outlet/on ground events) • Create Post-campaign evaluation & analysis to identify campaign effectiveness, success stories and future improvements for long term strategy • Increase campaign performance through creative testing and performance reviews, and improve user experience on application • Actively search partner for loyalty campaign collaboration to increase awareness and attractive loyalty program |
